Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CarlGotIt.com and services provided by The Beat Department, LLC, doing business as Rex Street Mafia Studios and Carl Got It.

Bookings and services

Service availability, pricing, deposits, turnaround times, and included work are presented during booking or in a custom invoice. A booking is confirmed only after the required payment is successfully processed. Customers must provide accurate contact and project information.

Payments and custom invoices

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Any remaining studio balance is due according to the booking terms presented at checkout. A custom invoice describes the specific work and price agreed for that project. Additional work outside the stated scope may require a separate agreement or invoice.

Scheduling, cancellations, and files

Scheduling and cancellation terms shown during checkout apply to each booking. Customers are responsible for supplying usable project files and maintaining their own backups. Delivery timing may change if files are incomplete, corrupted, or materially different from what was described.

Transactional text-message program

Customers may voluntarily opt in to receive transactional text messages from Rex Street Mafia Studios concerning bookings, appointment updates, requested services, secure payment links, custom invoices, and remaining balances. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Message frequency: varies according to your booking, service, and payment activity.
• Charges: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP to unsubscribe. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message.
• Help: reply HELP or email bookings@carlgotit.com.
• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, payment systems, or business records.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, The Beat Department, LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
